I first came to see Dr Vid for my Frozen shoulder. He was able to help treat the muscles with Active Release Technique ART to help remove the tightness and increase greater range of motion. Within a few weeks of treatment and corrective PT I was able to regain function and get back to all my work and golfing pain free. He now is working on my LB pain and hip tightness from all long hours I sit in front of the computer. I am really happy with the level of expertise, time he spends for the sessions and all strength drills. I have never seen such a program that truly focuses on you being taught to move and function pain free that is self sustaining. I appreciate all Dr Vids attention to detail to get out of pain and helping reach my goals.

I came to Dr. Vid with a strained back injury that later exposed many muscle imbalances and mobility issues I have developed over years of powerlifting. At the time I was training for a marathon and had difficultly running more than 3 miles without major tightness and discomfort. After several sessions with Dr. Vid I regained my confidence running and retrained my body to move and active the correct muscles. I just completed the 2024 SF Marathon blowing past my goal of sub 4 hours. I can confidently say this would never have been possible without Dr. Vid. Trust the process and the results will come. Cannot recommend enough!

I've been working with Dr. Vid over the last few months to work on knee pain, toe pain, and calf pain from my marathon training. We've worked on releasing my tightness, strengthening my core, and focusing on maintaining/improving my mobility. I wish I learned a lot of the valuable lessons that Dr. Vid has taught me years ago, but I'm very grateful that I know them know. He's an expert at what he does, and I could not give him a higher recommendation.

Dr. Vid is the fourth chiropractor I’ve been to and I’m so grateful he was recommended to me. I had been living with chronic pain caused by degenerative disc disease and spondyloses that was drastically affecting my daily activities and my personality. I felt lost, depressed, and was trying to come to terms that a task as small as grocery shopping was going to forever equal pain and anxiety. That maybe I couldn’t snowboard, hike or travel. I was feeling like a horrible partner in my marriage because everything had to be adjusted for my pain or tolerance that day. The more I tried, the more pain knocked me down and I was just tired at 50. What was the rest of my life going to look like? Then I met Dr. Vid. He performed a series of tests over several sessions and then explained what he found and how to fix it. I was incredibly skeptical because I’ve heard it before. “You can fix my pain if you just come x times per week …” There was something different this time and I could understand better what was going on. See he doesn’t just adjust and send you on your way, there is work and he is right there with you. Active Release Technique and drills - it’s not easy; it’s really painful at times and hard but so worth it. You’ll have to trust me on this because there were days that I thought I couldn’t do it or didn’t want to but I always leave feeling stronger. Now, I do the shopping, we can travel, and I snowboarded pain free for the first time in years! I still have occasional days of pain, but I have tools to find relief. I am more in control of my life and love it. I can’t thank you enough.

First went to Dr Vid to re-shape my body to open up my shoulders and avoid cervical laminectomy surgery. Proceeded from there to rebuilding other parts of my body that were failing. Vid offers the full range from repair to training that has allowed me to avoid injuries and keep biking, running, snowboarding, and dancing. Very grateful!

Vid is just a superb individual to work with. Any care provider should have this level of knowledge, compassion and education. I have been seeing Vid since my back injury in 2023, and I feel more confident about my healing process and progression by day with his physical therapy plan.

Recently, I hiked 40 miles over 4 days. What makes this truly remarkable is that 2 years ago, I was in such excruciating pain that I didn’t think I would be able to hike ever again. I had been suffering from plantar fasciitis for about a year when I came to see Dr. Vid Jindal and the Spine and Sports team. I could barely walk, I couldn't stand for more than a minute, I was depressed, out of shape, and had lost hope. I thought surgery was the only option left for me. There is so much mystery around how you cure plantar fasciitis and the Internet has a lot of disinformation. Dr. Vid helped me cut through all of that fog to narrow in on real solutions that work. He utilized strength training drills as well as treatment sessions of ART, Acupressure, and HMT. His treatment program got me through the worst of the pain and I was able to stand and walk again. Once Dr. Vid got me well enough, I was able to start physical therapy with him. Dr. Vid designed a program just for me. His kettlebell training is awesome and complements the treatment sessions. Dr Vid is incredibly patient, extremely knowledgeable about strength training and exercise, and a lot of fun to work with. Dr. Vid’s positive attitudes, patience, and perseverance restored my confidence and helped me get my life back. Plantar fasciitis is behind me. I’m stronger now than I have ever been and my overall health is significantly better. Not only am I able to walk and hike, but I’m running again and much farther than before. I even use a standing desk at work now! Talk about a turnaround. Dr. Vid is a great teacher and has given me tools I can use to recognize symptoms of muscle tension and pain early on. Now I use stretches and drills to stay healthy and prevent injury in the future. The road to recovery has not been without a lot of hard work. Acupressure and ART can be painful at times and there is a lot of homework (stretches and strength training drills) you have to do every week to reap the full benefits. Dr. Vid is world-class. I'm so glad I found Spine and Sports Institute and didn't have to get surgery! It has truly changed my life. 2024 update: Under Dr Vid’s care I continue to get stronger than I ever thought I could be. In the last 5 years I have through-hiked the John Muir Trail twice, trekked in Nepal, and recently summited Mt Shasta. I honestly never thought I could emerge from such a debilitating injury stronger than I was in my youth. If you’re willing to put in the time with Spine and Sports Institute, not only will you conquer your pain but you can achieve those fitness goals you’ve always dreamed of.

Dr Vid really wants to get to cause of your pain. My wife has been receiving multiple epidurals for her debilitating back pain for the past 2yrs. Dr Vid asked a lot of questions and put her thru different movements before suggesting a course of action. FINALLY found someone to provide the correct diagnosis! Dr Vid spent plenty of time giving some basic exercises so my wife could build and work up from there. He is not a typical Snap crackle and pop kind of chiropractor.
