I had a complete rotator cuff tear surgery and was looking for a physical therapist who could help me recover fully. I found Heather at Spine and Sport Thousand Oaks and she was amazing! First, she was very understanding and patient with me. She took the time to listen to my concerns and understand my goals of returning to work and golf. She also made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Second, Heather is an expert in physical therapy. She developed a personalized treatment plan for me that was both challenging and effective. She also pushed me to work hard, but she always made sure I didn't overdo it. Third, Heather is very friendly and supportive. She always had a smile on her face. She also encouraged me throughout my recovery and celebrated my successes. Overall, I had a great experience with Heather at Spine and Sport Thousand Oaks. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a skilled and compassionate physical therapist. Thank you, Heather, for helping me get back to my normal life! Sincerely, James Clay

I just finished my PT for a total hip replacement. It was such a great experience at S&S. My therapist was Samantha and assistant Kay. I'm completely happy with the results and the degree of experience and personal care. And they were fun to talk with and made my time there fantastic. I looked forward to every visit, and the results were more than expected. The whole place has a great vibe and the others that helped out were super good also. THANKS!!

If I could leave zero stars I would. A family member was referred here for physical therapy. He went 3 times and each time had a different physical therapist or assistant and had to start over again with what was wrong. There was no consistency, it was very disorganized, and he did not get the care he needed as he was starting from scratch each appointment with a new person who was taking care of 4 patients total at a time. Terrible business practices. Go somewhere else this place is all about profits not about doing right by the patient.

So I injured my back and knee pretty bad! I was one of those people who thought is physical therapy really going help. Let me tell you absolutely 100 percent this place was phenomenal! Got me moving again got me stretching and with the up right most professional service I think I ever experienced in any medical field. Figured out my problem got me set on a program and stuck to it. Thank spine and sport for helping get back to this amazing thing called LIFE!

The only good thing about this facility is the receptionist. The aides were doing the wrong exercises sometimes with me which the physical therapist caught while walking by. Then the physical therapist told me i am going to need a hip replacement soon. I have nothing weong with my hip and she is by law not allowed to diagnose. One time i was doing excercizes with the aid. I had to use 2 hands and he gave me the timer and said he had another patient. I could not do the excercize and run the timer. I waited 20 minutes on the table for the therapist and i told her that. She said if i want one on one care i should go to beverly hills. I left they made the pain worse and i wouldnt go back to this facility. It took me a day to get a superbill with my copay and they wanted to know why i needed it and almost didnt send it. Ummm HIPPA
