Richard is awesome! This whole office is great and they've massively helped in a short time. Easy booking and they're a fun, caring and knowledgeable group. I actually look forward to seeing them and every time I'm learning new tools and healing. I appreciate them and easily recommend them.

Loved going here! I had an injury and was referred to do physical therapy at spine and sport, I choose to come here which is the closest branch to me. Really great decision! The staff and the professionals who help patients recover from injuries or problems painful body parts, are very good at what they do! Everyone is so nice and positive, and I want to say that Richard is really is great and feels good to work with him and all the other staff. Thank you for helping me heal my body! Feeling good. Hopefully I don’t have to come back, but if I need to I know I would be in good hands.

I give Richard Miller 5 stars for the amazing and caring physical therapist he is. He is so attentive and is always able to help multiple people at once. Bryan on the other hand is too preoccupied helping one person and forgets about the rest that there to start their session. Bryan needs to be more attentive and be able to help everyone just like Richard does. I told Bryan you haven't told me what to do at all. I was trying to remember what Richard has shown me to do while I was waiting for you to finally come over and talk to me and his excuse is he's busy. No that's not an excuse because if Richard is able to help 3 or 4 people at the same time then so can Bryan.

A very diverse team of people from all different ages and backgrounds. Do not come in with high expectations for you will be let down. They are a team here to help you in the healing process. The process of waiting which is called patience most cannot attain because well, it's not easy. Just come in with an open mind and you will see what S&S can do.

Ryan Carl , I have an appointment 02/21/2024 , at 11:15 avocado location,my PCP doctor sent the referral on 02/09/2024 with Molina card and medical card , spine and sport did receive it , I called to schedule that appointment I mentioned above I got there , there was no one at the front desk, I checked in , finally some one showed up to tell me hey Ryan " do you know you have 100 dollars copy " I replied whaaaaat a copy ! For medical insurance everybody know medical doesn't require any money out of pocket then I asked her how much you charge without having insurance per PT session , the answer was 100 as well basically the same , good thing I asked before getting the treatment, I get it the world is changing is all about money now but at least be honest about your insurance eligiblty if you don't want medical patients with zero copy don't schedule them and waste their time and gas and money they lost to come to your location for treatment

I walked in with my wife I was finishing an ice cream 2 bites left. A woman behind the counter right away looks at me and said if your going to stay you must put on a mask and get my temperature checked. I told her can I finish the 2 bites on this ice cream stick? She pointed outside and said yes you can finish it outside! I am all about following rules but it’s the way you say it! To speak to a client as if I were a kindergartner was too much. This woman had a horrible attitude and we just left and will never be back very poor service!

Worst answering service these people never answer their phone how am I supposed to schedule or reschedule an appointment change it otherwise you will be losing business because of this issue

Great experience! Cannot imagine going anywhere else for PT. The staff and therapists are all very knowledgeable and kind. I was very surprised at the low star review... don't believe it!
