Spine & Sport Physical Therapy-Poway

I have had a wonderful experience at Spine and Sport Poway, working mostly with Travis over the past few months. He has taught me many new exercises, always challenging me just enough to make progress. My pain is down, my range of motion is up, and my overall health has improved since coming here. Christy manages her team well and is a wealth of knowledge on physiology. I highly recommend choosing this location for your physical therapy needs.

Physical therapist, Ms. Christy M was amazing, very empathetic, muti task, cares each of her parents. She understands my work schedule, did her best to fit my needs. I am so happy to be her patient, and anyone who meet her as a patient, very lucky. I lost hope when i walked in for the 1 st appointment. Today was the last one. No longer pain exists. I am very happy with my results.. Thank you, Ms. Christy !!!

I have absolutely loved my experience here. The staff has been amazingly friendly and specifically Christy has been absolutely incredible in helping me recover. The front desk representative, Taylor has been absolutely great in reaching out to help schedule appointments. I could not have gone to a better facility.

Spine & Sport Physical Therapy Poway location is the best physical therapy provider for any spine and back issues. I was referred there by my Scripps Health doctor and was able to secure an appointment within a week. Christy, my physical therapist, not only correctly diagnosed the root cause for my back pain, but also provided tremendous relief just after the first session. It was because of Christy that I avoided surgery and recovered my mobility within one month. The outstanding results that I experienced were due to Christy's knowledge and experience. She prescribed me daily isometric exercises and stretches, which I dutifully executed. This resulted in speedy recovery beyond my expectations. The practice is located within a gym, all the way in the back. It is clean and pleasant, with friendly staff. I'd highly recommend Christy and this location.

I had a great experience here this morning. I have done a lot of physical therapy & this time was one of the best. It started with Taylor, she was so welcoming, efficient, helpful and professional. Then I met Derrick who was also friendly and professional. I felt like I was in good hands. Derrick listened and cared about what I had to say. He made me feel heard and understood.
