Spine & Sport Physical Therapy - Mission Valley East

The staff was friendly, professional and very knowledgable. They put me at ease, explained the exercises and goals and made me feel in control of my progress. They are the reason I am stronger than I was before my accident and if I ever have to do PT again, I will be right back at this location. I can't say enough good things about them!

Everyone in this location is friendly knowledgeable and fantastic motivators. Dr. Michael, Sarah and Cameron are amazing human beings and all I can say is thank you so much for getting me back on my feet

After 5 visits I am noticing progress that I thought was impossible and believed I was done in because I am almost as old as dirt. But Mike, Cameron and Jenna are making sure I execute proper form as well as motivation to do core exercises I never thought were necessary and totally blew them off in the past but now through experience I can say I was wrong and should of ask for help years ago.

Great team and have set me up for a great path to near full recovery!
