Spine & Sport Physical Therapy - Elk Grove

I tore my ACL and was referred for PT. From day one, I’ve only had an amazing experience. At 45 years old, I’m not only recovering from my injury, but I’m in the best shape I’ve been in for years. Nick consistently evaluates my progress, pushes me when pushing is needed and gives me much needed advice and training on how to prevent reinjury. At my age and after injury I will be running my first 5k and balance is better than ever. When I walk in and during training, I feel like the whole team is rooting for my success, always with a hi from Chris and Sienna. I love the family environment. I highly recommend Spine and Sport.

I can’t say enough about the crew at Spine & Sport. I have been through 10 knee surgeries now and have had my share of PT experience. I just wish I found Spine & Sport earlier than surgery 9 and 10. I have learned so much more at my sessions with Chelsea and Nick than all my previous PT sessions combined. They take the time to actually work with me and teach me how to progress my recovery. I can’t thank them enough.
