Spine & Sport Physical Therapy- El Centro

Went to this place looking to treat my chronic pain. I was hoping that I would find a physical therapist that would help guide me with my rehabilitation exercises, instead the therapist would only give me a brief explanation of the exercise and then walk off to go on their computer and talk with their coworkers. I often did the exercises wrong because the therapist didn't care to properly teach me how to do them. You were also expected to constantly let them know when you were finished with the exercises as they would be on their computers or talking with other coworkers. Each therapist is also juggling 2-3 people at a time so you also have to wait for the therapist to attend the other people. The only time the therapist came to me was at the end to let me know my time was up. I probably only spent 5 minutes talking with the therapist in the hour I was there. If you're looking for a therapist to guide you through your exercises then this place isn't it. All they care about is cramming as many people as they can into a small gym.

Everyone at spine & sport physical therapy are super nice and treated me like I was family. I would go in and never had to wait. They are all very knowledgeable. I would get my therapy done and questions and concerns out while still enjoying my time there.

Friendly, safe environment! Dr. Perakis did my assessment and I’ve worked with Jonathan and Andrea who are all super nice and patient with me. I had ankle ORIF on 2/24/21. Recovery has definitely been a challenge but I’m already much stronger after just two weeks of coming here. Can’t wait to see my progress later! :)

Had my insurance reach out to them and set up an appointment and they were supposed to reach out to me a week ago and let me know when to go in but as of now they have not reached out. I'll have to be on top of them for details since they don't do the courtesy of reaching out to new patients. There's been no service on their part yet so can't recommend them to anyone.

The staff is super awesome I love how the staff treated me. I still have knee pain but for sure ill go back for more therapy soon.

I put one star because there's no 🌟🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟-available to choose from Bad service, bad therapist(saul), lack of communication.. Instead of helping, the pain grew in intensity and area. I do not recomend this place, what a waste of time.

This is the worst place to get physical therapy. They are very unprofessional, they canceled your appointment on the last minute and they don't respect your appointment time. Please don't waist your time and get your physical therapy some place else.
