The service was great. Staff is friendly! And I felt so much better when I left
While the staff here are kind to work with and skilled, I felt mislead in my treatment. I went to the spine pain center when my back was out, and I do not have a history of back pain. I was taken for an X-ray, and then told that I have degenerative disc disease and a recommended care plan of 20 visits costing over 2000 dollars. I left the place very scared, thinking that I am dealing with a crumbling spine and wondering what the rest of my life will be like. I later learned that "degenerative disc disease" is an unfortunate name for aging spine - and that over 50% of the population have this, many with no issues throughout their lives. This term should be used carefully and can be easily used to scare people, and that is wrong.
Dr. Qinn & Dr. B are very friendly and knowledgeable about what is going on with your body. The environment there in this office is awesome. They really care about you and try to help even if money is a issue. Come on by and see them today it'll be worth your time!!
Spine pain center has helped my back tremendously. Doctor Chris is awesome. My back still hurts but nowhere near as bad as it wasy first visit.
