If your an injured worker with a workers comp claim then this is the place for you! The most notorious Applicants Attorney's and ambulance chasers use this place. Their functional restoration program will take you to the bank. This is the most liberal medical facility in the area, I would only recommend this place if your an injured worker and you want to be off work for two years. The only thing about this place that is any good is an employee named Annie, she is great to work with! and one of the best employees I have dealt with at any medical facility!!
