They are very professional and friendly. I have been there for over 3 years, and never disappointed. Doctor Karen, she is so good and patience. She always listen and give the best treatment plans for every visiting. Doctor Reddy, who does my cevical and lumbar injections is always done amazing job. Indeed, all the staffs are friendly and nice, and I feel comfortable around them. Highly recommended!!!

I suffer chronic crippling pain that affects my quality of life on a daily basis. The laundry list of issues I suffer from cannot be cured 100 %, and at this point can only be managed in a manner of pain management where the goal is to get as much relief as possible with current methodologies today. I cannot thank Dr. Reddy and his team enough for the compassionate care and thoroughness in taking care of me. I have been seeing him since 2019. The treatment plan is not just through medicine only or procedures, but can be combined with other forms achieved by physical therapy, etc. In the first few years it was really confusing how bad my issues were , due to the injuries stemming from a horrific car accident that turned my life upside down and caused me to become dependent on others to help advocate for my health and to help me figure out what modalities to help me. The team of doctors and staff at Spine & Nerve diagnostic center not only tried their best to help manage some of the pain in their speciality, but whenever it was out of their scope of practice/ expertise, they would refer me out to other specialists for pain management or when they recognized that I was suffering from other health issues as well. They didn’t brush my symptoms off, they really do make sure that my overall health is taken care of. I'm forever grateful for being able to receive that type of care. The treatments are specialized, and they try many methods based on your condition and situation. The examinations are very thorough, and they make sure that at each follow up each concern that my family member has, is answered, and if needed , help me find me a practitioner that would address my other concerns to help my quality of life and my functioning. I feel very taken care of here, and I travel hours through pain just to get my treatments here. They have my best interest here , and I do not feel like I’m just another patient being rushed from one time slot to the next.

The experience and expertise they have on not only how to help your injury, but help you actually feel better is like nothing I've experienced before. RSNDC has been an absolute godsend for me. My back was significantly injured in a car accident and I don't know what I would be doing without them. They provide treatment that is allowing me to continue with a somewhat normal life that I didn't know was possible. I had a previous back injury that required multiple surgeries. Throughout the decade of treatment I received at that time, I never got the type of relief I have received in my time with RSNDC. The staff has been incredible. They are responsive, engaging, and have always been easy to deal with! If you are unfortunate enough to need to this type of care, you can make the whole experience a lot easier by treating with RSNDC. I couldn't recommend them more!

From the day I was called to schedule a appt. with Dr. Reddys office I was met with compassion and professionalism. The staff worked around our availability for every appt. All the medical personal and Dr. Reddy were extremely knowledgeable and made me feel that they were doing what was best for me at every appt. I’ve had chronic lower back pain as a result of a car accident more than five years ago.
