The Spine and Injury Clinic of one of a kind. The moment you walk through the door, you are treated as family. The front desk is friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable in regards to paper work and billing procedures. The Chiropractors are personal, professional, and genuinely care for your well being. The Physical Therapists are strong in their practice knowledge and specialize in a variety of conditions and techniques. The massage therapists are second to none and it’s no surprise they book out way in advance. I can’t recommend the Spine and Injury Clinic of Laramie enough. 100/10

I had a bilateral knee replacement five months ago. The first two weeks sucked, but now I’m back to full speed. The care I got from the staff at Spine and Injury Clinic was world class. I’ve worked with lots of physical therapists, but Tiffany Polson is the absolute best. Big shout outs to Kyle, Bailey, Alex and everyone else who made me feel like I was their only priority!

I always leave there feeling great! And everyone there always has the biggest smile and is happy to help take care of you. They also take HSA payments at time of visit which is awesome.

I recently injured my elbow and a friend told me about the Spine & Injury Clinic and how pleased she was with how they helped her. I saw Michelle and found her to be great to work with. She listened to me and understood my desire to get better as soon as possible as I was starting a new tennis league. I am happy to say that after several treatments my elbow is much better and I am playing tennis :) The staff was also very friendly and welcoming. Although I hope I don't need treatments for an injury in the future I would definitely go back to the Spine & Injury Clinic.

Michelle fixed my lower back pain in my first visit and gave me stretches to ensure it didn’t come back. She is amazing and I will be back for any future chiropractic needs!

14yrs. of being treated by Dr. Dylan Milam. Badly broke my back and fractured my neck, back when, his gentle approach type of treatment has brought to me a lot of pain and discomfort relief over this time. Also, easy to talk to, willing to listen.

I’ve never been to a chiropractor before due to my previous back and neck surgeries. I was at a point I needed help with my neck and upper back and I felt so much better after the first appointment and the second. Dr. Collins made me very comfortable. I highly recommend her.

I can’t recommend Spine and Injury Clinic enough! Not only did Michelle’s adjustment and recommended stretches resolve my lower back pain, but she had wonderful bedside manner and was so kind and compassionate.
