Spine and Sports Golden

Don't go here. Absolute waste of over $500. Met with Morgan for 10 minutes. He straight up read the report from the MRI image that I already read. Did not even look at the image. Told me "it's not the bad" and we left. Meanwhile went to Colorado spine partners and had the complete opposite experience. Plus it was $200 cheaper over there. I tell everyone I know to avoid New West Spine and Sport.

New West Spine and Sport is terrific. I’ve been a patient for several years and everyone there has been kind, helpful and caring. PA Kirk Prochnio listens and has been extremely supportive. I believe they all only want the best for their patients! I feel like my chronic pain has been managed well and with compassion.

I'm quite happy with the high level of competence and professionalism exhibited by Dr. Morgan. I've mostly had injections; they have relieved my pain. Dr. Morgan listens and ask questions. The office staff was helpful and polite.

5 stars. If I could give more stars, I would. The compassion and care I received from the doctor, nurses, and P. A. at Star Spine & Sport honestly made me feel so relaxed. I have never felt so comfortable in a doctors office. Dr. Kyle Morgan, very professional and confident. P. A. Brooke Alberte was just overall super awesome and a great joy to be around while in the office. The confidence in her voice, the care and compassion, professionalism, is very, very comforting. She did a wonderful job at helping me understand what was going on with my situation and was always solicitous. The rest of the staff I encountered was always very nice, and I appreciate all of you very much. Thank you for making me feel so very comfortable. Thank you.

Today was the first day I was in the office. Upon making this appointment, the front desk was extremely professional and it was very easy to get me on their books to see Dr. Morgan. Dr. Morgan was extremely knowledgeable and after a thorough exam, talked to me about my options. I felt like he wanted me to be totally involved with all options. I know I am in great hands and am looking forward to being pain free and/or very little pain for the first time in 10 years.

Dr. Morgan at Star Spine & Sport has been an excellent doctor through this whole process. He takes the time with his patients at every visit and thoroughly explains what is happening and how he plans to help so my mom can be pain free! Besides the professionalism, knowledge, and understanding, Dr. Morgan actually gets our sense of humor! My brother, mom and myself have been very pleased with this office and I would highly recommend it to all of our family and friends.

After reading reviews about the staff, I wholeheartedly agree. Colleen doesn't listen, cuts you off, and is rude and condescending. I feel that Dr Morgan keeps giving me incomplete treatment in an effort to keep me coming back and charging me for office visits. I had a referral to a surgeon and Dr Morgan told me not to keep the appointment and to work with him. It's been 6 months and I still don't have a resolution to my pain. I guess I'll have to make that appointment with the surgeon.

The level of incompetence of the spine specialist is so low that it can't be scientifically measured. Not only is your initial visit extremely impersonal, but the doctor seems to enjoy insulting your intelligence. I know several people who have visited this location and they all have similar stories. Also the canned statements seem to be used so much during visit, that when I heard others recall their visit it was almost verbatim. Specialist alwayse states, "oh yea, you are just going to hurt for 6 to 12 months. Then we will take another look at you." To top it off when they send you for an MRI or Xrays it is often of the wrong body part. Sitting for 45 minutes in a tube for no reason is pretty infuriating. Thank you for wasting so much of our time you absolute potatoes!!!! Do not go here for any reason!!!!
