Spine and Sport Physical Therapist Care

John and his team are the best! Going to my appointments wasn't a drudgery because everyone was so friendly and helpful. John is the ultimate problem-solver assessing the full body not just the area of issue. Being under the care of just one physical therapist was a comfort because I knew any changes to my treatment plan were being made because he knew what I was experiencing and my goals.

John and his staff provided excellent care. My experience began with a thorough evaluation to determine my issues and develope a treatment plan. My treatment involved in house exercises and a take home list of exercises to be performed between in house sessions. I was pleased to discover the exercises were successful in strengthening my muscles which helped to alleviate my back pain. I can now continue my at home program to maintain the improvement achieved. I would absolutely hands down recommend these wonderful people. John is a wonderful knowledgeable young man working with you hands on to achieve your best outcome. Many accomplishments for a licensed PT. Gloria is a super wonderful lady that takes your money and is knowledgeable in your insurance and super helpful and kind. Brittany is a sweetheart and very helpful with your exercises as well. You can not go wrong going here. There are so many to choose from and I wasn’t sure about any of them. However, I have not been disappointed in these wonderful people and you won’t either if you need therapy. I recommend them highly!!! Give them a try, glad I did.

John is the first PT who cured my back pain! He is extremely personable and his care and concern for each patient is evident. Gloria, the admin, is just as kind and concerned and helpful. 100% recommend!

I have been in physical therapy at other places and found that John is by far the best therapist I have dealt with. He is very thorough and works one on one with you. He makes sure you understand each exercise and follows through to make sure you are doing them right. Additionally, he challenges you to improve with each session. I don't think you could receive better treatment anywhere else!!

I’ve known John for over a year now and I think he is the best physical therapist in North Alabama. When he went out and started spine and sport knew I had to go see him to look at my broken leg. He made a therapy plan with me to get it stronger it is flexible as it was before I injured it. John has been great to work with and keeps me laughing. I would recommend him to anyone who is in pain and needs relief.
