I love Spinal Rehab. I’ve been coming here for two years now and it has always been amazing! All of the staff is really kind and attentive. Dr. Pratt has always listened to my concerns and he’s been able to help me immensely. I recommend this place to everyone because you will feel very cared for! They even usually have same day appointments which is awesome.

I loved my visit to the clinic. The environment is very clean, and the attendants are kind. Dr. Pratt explained each procedure and did a great job adjusting my spine. I no longer have any pain!

Shady company. My first two visits were never submitted to insurance. My second two visits were submitted and when I got my EOB for those two visits it showed that I shouldn’t have owed anything despite paying $35 for each visit. I called them and they said to call my insurance about being reimbursed and that they would resubmit my claims for my first two visits. I called my insurance and was told that it’s the office that will need to refund me since the way it was billed I shouldn’t have had to pay them anything they also still haven’t received the claims for my first two visits. I then called the office back and they’re saying that as of July 1st they no longer deal with insurance? No one told me that was going to be a thing when I went in for my last appointment in June 27th or when I called the last time and asked them to resubmit my claims. They’re also refusing to refund me and telling me to call my insurance again. The very first time I went here I got a huge relief and was out of pain for six months but the following four times actually caused me worse pain so I stopped going. I would not recommend them to anyone and I will be getting my money back for all 4 visits this year as that’s $175 of my money that they shouldn’t have. Don’t go here.

Best Chiropractic office. The massage therapist is amazing! I thought I hated massages before I came here. Dr Pratt is wonderful helped me find relief with my terrible back pain.
