Spero Rehab Central Austin

Spero is so great. I’ve been going to the Guadalupe location twice a week since June2024 for physical therapy w Sarah King, and to the La Crosse location once a week for pelvic floor therapy w Lisa. Both Sarah and Lisa are wonderful humans and so kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. I have been making progress and am very pleased w their services. The locations are clean and the staff are friendly. I am grateful my insurance covers this important therapy for my recovery and rehab. Spero is a necessity for me continued progress! I recommend them highly.

I’m doing Physical Therapy for my second knee replacement in the past 18 months and couldn’t be more satisfied in the services I’m receiving from Spero Rehab. After a negative experience with my first knee, I searched for a facility with more equipment and one that would push me more in my rehab. Spero and PT Sydney are more than meeting my expectations. I’m advancing with my rehab and learning new techniques that I didn’t know about previously. All the staff are helpful and professional and there is every piece of equipment needed to help a variety of rehab needs. I intend on let my orthopedist know to add Spero and Sydney to her list of recommended facilities for rehab.

Spero is a fantastic rehab clinic for anyone who has neurologic conditions like POTS, dysautonomia, spasticity, etc. My mother had a stroke in January and has been attending Spero for over a month. She has already made a fair amount of progress in the past few weeks. They are knowledgeable of Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS), and always working to improve their knowledge and skills. I always enjoy my sessions at Spero, whether I’m there for PT or OT. Highly recommend checking out Spero Rehab!

Before Spero Rehab Central Austin I had been in three local rehab hospitals. Spero Rehab Central is by far the best of them all. The staff there is very knowledgeable and attentive. Scheduled sessions begin and end as scheduled. I have recommended Spero Rehab Central Austin to several others and will continue to do so.

Spero always exceeds our expectations. They always have well-trained staff who are passionate about improving their patients' conditions. When my husband's therapy ended, we decided to get personal coaching so that he could continue his exercises professionally. We've been working with Joey ever since. He is very dedicated. In his spare time, he works especially on my husband's condition and comes up with great ideas. We truly appreciate his dedication, hard work and sincerity. I highly recommend his personal coaching. Sometimes it is not easy for a patient to keep going with all hard exercises. At that step personal coaching keeps you on the track. We are glad we have this option and we are glad Joey to be there to help.

I have had 2 sessions at Spero. My initial impressions of the staff and therapy is 5 star. I feel that I will be able to make positive progress as we move forward in the upcoming months.

Very welcoming staff. They work directly with spinal.cprd injuries, disabilities, injuries, and more. They're all about improving your quality of life, and helping you adapt or overcome obstacles. We have worked with several therapists, but have to give shout outs to Grace, Anna, and Dea.

This has been my best experience with physical therapy ever! I’ve been coming for about 6 weeks and I feel so much stronger. I love the therapist and the atmosphere. Everybody is always Happy to be here! They enjoy what they do and they tune in with each client, and you know they CARE! This is truly a place of healing. Thank You Spero! What a blessing!
