Patient experiences
Our granddaughter came to Speechcare with VERY limited speech as a 4 year old. She has responded so well to the quality care and instruction at Speechcare and now she is about to catch up to her peers in Pre-K. We owe so much of that progress to the great staff at Speechcare!
The lady that did the test started out acting kind and friendly . My son that has ADHD was not behaving well . She told me that I could discipline him any way I wanted and then she got loud with him because he was not listening. I explained to her we do not have his medicine straightened out yet . The testing included 3rd and 4th grade level questions , words my 5 year old son wouldn't know or understand. She flew thru it. I still do not see the point of it . When I asked a question she said that If I interrupted it would hurt or ruin the test . Bad experience and I still fail to see the point of it, honestly .
We have been very pleased with our progress at Speech Care !!!! The staff is Amazing, they have been such a help over the years for us!
