Shannon is a caring and loving therapist that truly puts the needs of the child above herself. After treatment is done she calls later on to follow up on the child because she honestly cares for your child. She is a pleasure to work with and believes that the enhancement and teaching of the child is a team effort of parents, therapists, teachers, etc. I cannot say anything except wonderful things of Shannon and how she adores her kids she works with and strives for the best long term results. She spend a dedicated time with my son, and when she opened imagination city my son just loved it! She has so many great ideas to help children on and off the spectrum. She has a heart for speech and integrated therapy styles. She does Individualized plans and play with kids. 5 stars all the way.

Shannon and her staff are amazing. I have traveled all over to make sure my kids continue to work with Shannon. We have been with her for over 3 yrs. I couldn't ask for a better therapist. I would recommend her to anyone!💜😃

Miss Shannon and Miss Katie are absolutely amazing with my little guy. He's full of energy and they are so patient and kind. He has made amazing progress with their help. They are professional but also make us feel right at home. Thank you for everything you do!

Very welcoming environment, extremely clean and a exceptional team. They have been by far the best speech therapists I have been to. I would absolutely reccomend Speech Within Reach to families who are looking for a speech therapist and now they even offer Occupational therapy which is amazing! Shannon is so excellent and knowledgeable about many areas. The whole team here is considerate and caring, they always give you their all. The facility is clean, neat, and well organized. You are always greeted with a smile when coming in. They go above and beyond for all their families! I’m so thankful for them.

School is good, Ms.Sara Neville is not. My son used to love attending with her until 1 unsupervised session where he then became scared of her.

No one answers the phone or responds to voice-mail. Went to the actual location and the door was locked even though the website says open until 6. Not sure if this place is actually a business anymore.

I highly recommend “Speech Within Reach” for all speech therapy needs & sign language. The founder & CEO is also an amazing woman.
