Speech Therapy Link

Parents: this place is TERRIBLE with unprofessional staff. Unfortunately, the therapist that was assigned to work with my child was not very good. She wasn’t knowledgeable and had only a couple months of experience. This place is NOT for autistic children that need occupational therapy and or other additional services. Also, this place charges for everything. If you are ten minutes late even if you call them to let them know they still charge! And they won't proceed with the session until you pay the fee for being tardy. If you call them to let them know you can't make it they still charge. I found this place because unfortunately, it's the only place available that offers OT in the area of Fresno. The other providers have a waiting list! (That says a lot). Parents: Don't waste your time and money here. Speech Therapy Link doesn’t care for your child, they care more for your money. Give your child the best services / help somewhere else.

My son has been receiving service's here a couple months now and so far it has been great! Everyone from the front desk staff to the therapist are all very friendly and professional. He had to change therapist due to his previous leaving and they were great about communicating the changes prior to that happening which resulted in a very easy transition for my son. Excited to see my son’s growth here.

They have been working with my child for the past 6 months and i just want to say the therapists have been nothing but kind. They make me feel heard and my child seen. Very nice facility as well the front staff is very kind and helpful. Always there for support when we need it. Thank you so much for the Speech Therapy Link staff on making therapy fun and easy for my child.

My son had the best experience with Miss Nou. He was very shy and uninterested in therapy before but she was so patient and reassuring for him. We have completed services with Speech Therapy Link and he still continues to ask for her. Therapy with her was so helpful and he has grown so much since, we even get to hear him sing now.

Our daughter has really strive and grown with the staff at Speech Therapy. No words can describe the feeling that this team puts in for your child to grown and achieve the goal. The passion and care is amazing. I belive that's why my daughter had grown and have success cause of the effort and passion they show. Between Speech and OT. You will not find a better place!!!

Very supportive staff when it came down to scheduling my first appointment for my child. Front staff was very kind and answered all my questions. Great atmosphere to be around and therapists has made our family very comfortable being there in sessions. I fully recommend this place 100%.

The staff has been so kind and understanding of our target areas. The communication is open and consistent and we love coming! The tools and resources keep my kiddo engaged as well as the attitude of his therapist!

My son was getting speech therpy through Speechlink. His therapist was Miss Nou and let me tell you she was the first therapist (keep in mind that they change our therapist 4 time) that my son tried to interact with. Although his speech did not improve as much we wanted, and we knew it was going to be a challenge it was just great seeing him try to interact with someone else besides myself. He even let Miss Nou hold him. Miss Nou not only was there for my son but myself as well. She was a great listern and always remind me to stay positive. I would definitely recommend Speech link and Miss Nou as a therapist.
