If you are referred to this company by Kaiser please choose another company. This is the worst experience I’ve had with the my 2 kids therapy. The therapist will cancel last minute every other week. They will literally call you or text you 10 min before you’re appointment to cancel and You can’t get ahold of anyone when you call. They also tell you the recommend 2 times a week but will have no therapist available so will only schedule you once a week.

My son attended this facility for a year an half until we relocated. We loved this place. The front staff was always friendly and professional. Lucy and Michelle were a pleasure to work with. The therapist Sherree was AMAZING. She helped my son with speech so much, educated us and kept all of us engaged, during therapy and outside too. She was the best!

Worst place ever… my kid is supposed to get 1hr but only gets 45 minutes. If you mention something about it, they would retaliate. They would cancel your appointment any time as they like but when your kid is sick they will charge you $40. They force to zoom classes even if your kid is in bed with fever or else you have to pay. Im not going back.

Im so dissapointed with this place. I have tried for two weeks now to get a hold of someone, in order to make an appointment for my 2 yr old. I was told i would get a call back and i never did. I understood when they said they were shortstaffed but two weeks? and I did speak with Lucy who was pleasent but I never receieed the call back she promised.

Horrible I was sent here for my daughters’ speech delay and they took her evaluation and never called back until a month later to tell me that I was on a waiting list. I waited all summer and no one contacted me. I called in august and they told me they closed her file. No phone calls no emails nothing! I highly recommend taking your child to a facility that actually cares about children and not just want your money from your insurance company

Amazing!!! For one, bathroom/ lobby and waiting room always clean and organized ! Therapist work with your child as best as they can !! Front desk ladies are so welcoming and understandable! Lucy is always helpful !! If child isn’t working well With one therapist , they have no problem switching the therapist to someone else!!! My son can be a handful and they understand . Thank you guys for working so hard with him!

I can’t express how much I enjoy taking my daughter to her therapy sessions at Speech Source. My experience has been the best since day one with her therapist and their staff. Her therapist Emily is so attentive, caring, knowledgeable and experienced. She always makes sure to connect with us and answer all of our questions and concerns. She has a genuine charming and sincere personality which transpires through her deep desire to help our little one in all the goals we set. You can always expect a warm welcome from Luci at the front desk and her willingness to help is top tier. She makes you feel safe to ask any questions and always goes above and beyond to get you the answers you need. You can always expect a big smile filled with compasión and enthusiasm to assist anyone. I highly recommend speech source!

Had the worst experience with Irene the scheduling manager. She was no help at all when I wanted to change my sons speech therapist. This was back in November. I told her that I felt like my son was not benefiting from his speech therapist. She has no structure with him and 95% of the time he was not engaged in the session. Many missed sessions because the therapist would call out sick and no makeups were made. After I explained all this to her she said that there was no one else she can put my son with because they did not have other therapist Available and the ones that were available my son could not be put with because of the type of health coverage he had. After all this the therapist ended up going in vacation for 3 weeks, comes back and then we are in December. As we approach the second week of December the therapist never showed up to my sons session then Christmas happens same thing didn’t show up and the office didn’t care to notify me that the therapist quit. The only way I found out the therapist quit was because I called Irene and she then tells me on 12/28/21 that the company had just found out that the speech therapist was no longer with the company. This is so mind blowing! So your telling me as a scheduling manager you are JUST finding this out on the same day I am? LOL. So again my son lost out in more therapy sessions. This was very upsetting as a parent. We put our trust in these people to help us and in the end to show us that they don’t care about their patients. I will never recommend this company to anyone.
