I actually really like all my doctors and feel that I’ve gotten great care. Dr Azari is wonderful, so personable and thorough, and I feel like she really listens. Snow Peterson is another who goes to great lengths to familiarize herself with my history and asks tons of questions to see if she can find something to help my complaint of insomnia. Dr Lombardo seems gruff at first but he also works hard to assess and help the problem and turns out to be a very empathetic person. I would also like to mention the folks at the downstairs lab; they are always sweet and professional and so nice. Almost as important as the doctors are all the support staff, and they are all great too, they are almost all upbeat and sincere kind, and they could ruin your day if they’re abrupt or rude. However, the only ones I’ve encountered like that were the after hours operators so I hardly gone in contact with them. Sorry that’s all I can think of right now, but I feel very positive about the care I’ve received and lucky.

I have a great experience with Dr. Ancellotti. However, my referrals have been messed up every time I am giving a referral.. I’ve been trying to get into a neurologist for six months. With no success either the office is sending the wrong Referral or the Referral office is using the wrong Referral but there’s always a mistake.

I had a great phone call with I believe his name was Carl ext 253 he was patient knowledgeable great phone manner. I told him I wanted to give him a great review so I stayed on the line but had difficulty doing it I hope I didn't press any wrong numbers he was very nice.

Am I understand that the digital assistant was AI? Because if so I did not even realize it that's how well she did as far as taking care of my matter thank you very much

Everyone very nice and helpful. Quick in and out, talked with doctor via internet visit.

I received an injection in my right shoulder nerve. The pain intensity is lessing.

As always polite and very gentle but I had to wait for the doctor for 20 minutes
