This place is great! I worked with Lara for quite some time. I have multiple complex injuries and Lara always paid attention to what was going on with me. She worked with many different methods from exercises, trigger points, dry needling, occupational therapy, and more. She really cares about her patients and their recovery. I would highly recommend Specialized physical therapy to anyone.

On my first visit, my therapist was very thorough in evaluating my therapy needs. She was very attentive and understanding. I felt that she truly understood what I needed and what I was experiencing. I was given demonstrations and take home instructions. Today we did a process called dry needling. She let me know as she went everything she was going to do and what I could expect from it. They accept many forms of insurance. Plus, if all you want is the dry needling, you can pay for that separately on your own. Fantastic! Very clean and well maintained.

Honestly the therapist I think did the best they could however this place is billing is just absolutely ridiculous. Had to call multiple times for them to fix problems where they over billed me and where they gave me random bills. If you want to know exactly what you owe and pay it when you go in there this is not the place for you I would not recommend them to anyone.

If you don't like surprise bills then this place is not for you. Front desk ladies told me I had to pay a certain amount, which I paid, then billing department send a whole different bill. I went through a few sessions and I don't feel any different. I wouldn't even give this place one star. Billing sucks and I do not recommend it.
