Specialized Physical Therapy

Sarah and Morgan were LIFE SAVERS when I herniated a disc in my lower back. I went in with incredible pain and left with relief. They were kind, intelligent and caring while also getting me in as quickly as they could. Not only is my back feeling at or near 100%, but I'm learning so much about how to avoid it and I keep going back to keep getting better, but also because they're really fun. Cayla and the front desk staff are also amazing, would recommend to everyone!

Sarah is an incredible PT and has helped my recovery go very smoothly. Cayla and the other admin staff have been very helpful as well!!. Highly recommend this office for all recovery needs

This was not my first rodeo with PT, and this experience was fantastic. Kaitlin spotted my issue in about 0.1 seconds, and over the following months was able to get me back in working order, and feeling/moving better than I have in years. I'm forever in her debt. The entire staff and facility are fantastic - friendly, easy to work with, accessible, and skilled. I've already been recommending them to friends, and would go back if/when I need to in a heartbeat.

I do not recommend Specialized PT. My therapist was good - I had no problems there. The issues are with their lengthy booking delays, poor location, and business practices. They have a location very close to me, but didn't want to book me there (because that location has even longer booking dates - almost a year out). As a result, I had to incur lengthy drive times for every appointment. Due to the long drive, any time it snowed or something came up at work (no, I can't be gone for 3 hours for every appointment), I would have to cancel. I had enough when, due to a work conflict, I had to cancel and SPT is going to charge me $80 for that - something I honestly have ZERO control over (it's my work). Cancelled all remaining appointments and never returning - that is terrible customer service! If you can find another alternative to this group, I strongly urge you take that option.

Saw Kaitlin a few times and she seems like a very passionate and competent PT. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning after the interactions from the front desk employee. Hopeful management sees reviews and addresses.

If you are looking for a PT office, this is the place, everyone is so nice. I had several issues (shoulder, lower back, and thightnes) Thomas, my PT, took care of me and helped me with all these issues.

I've been coming here for a couple of years to treat back injuries, shoulder injuries, and post-op knee problems. The folks here are amazing. They do a full assessment prior to treatment, and always offer handouts for the various stretches and exercises. Kate has worked miracles on my knees, and I highly recommend her, or any of the therapists here.
