I would need a whole page to describe how awesome Sparq PT is, Kristine truly helped me when I had nowhere else to go. She listens, I mean listens, and her plans are simple, doable and Not too Much (not a full-time job to do PT) She also talks in terms you understand! I had been to many therapists prior to Kristine - but she got me working out again pain free and back in shape - that is what was important to me.

I can’t speak highly enough of this practice. As a PT myself, I know how important it is to work with clinicians who are knowledgeable and skilled, dialed in to exactly what’s going on with YOU and invested in your progress and rehab. That would describe Sparq to a T. Thank you Kristine for making my postpartum pelvic floor therapy go from something I was scared of to something that brought me hope and healing! I have been experiencing chronic back pain from herniated discs in my lumbar spine for years. The pain became exceptionally bad since an injury due a car accident in 2020. It was to a point where I was not having any days without relief. I have been to many other physical therapy offices over the years and throughout many states and no other experience comes close to working with Kelsy. She is very knowledgeable and patient. Kelsy took the time to talk to me about my past experiences with other physical therapy exercises, my goals, and really catered her treatment plan to my abilities. I feel as though I'm really being encouraged and cared for, not just following some generic exercise routine. Kelsy has given me great guidance on how to continue forward with my healing and exercises. I can't recommend her enough!

Sparq Physical Therapy in Castle Rock, is the rehabilitation experience I didn’t know I needed, but my goodness, did I need it! My journey with Sparq began in the care of Kelsy, who’s dedication, expertise and pure ability to work miracles have been instrumental in alleviating my persistent headaches, moderate to severe pain and muscle spasms, in my neck and shoulders; allowing me to reclaim the simple joy of extended periods of reading, plainly sitting and other activities without severe discomfort. I've also had the privilege of working with Kristine, ranging from digestive ailments to edema induced by End-Stage Renal Disease, along with addressing hip misalignment, pelvic floor and abdominal weakness. Together they have worked on improving my knee and balance issues, I truly believe they are the best doctors around. And I’ve seen my fair share, believe me. Kristine is absolutely wonderful! She is caring, empathetic, and so knowledgeable. I was experiencing lower back pain, and she helped ease my pain. She took her time understanding what I needed and always made sure I felt comfortable. Kristine also gave me helpful stretches to do on my own which helped my muscles feel better. Kristine at Sparq PT did an excellent job helping our teen get back to activity after an ACL injury. She tailored the exercises to our kiddo's needs and gave a plan that was doable and not overwhelming. Kristine is friendly and professional in her approach.
