This manual therapy practice is dedicated to helping patients recover. My knee replacement surgery made me vulnerable and Jack Sparacio was able to calmly answer my questions as he taught me to bend and strengthen my knee. I highly recommend him and his helpful team, including Lisa and Katherine, the office staff.

Jack Sparacio is a God send! I believe he ranks among the best physical therapists in NY. Jack restored me to a normal life when other physical therapists and my orthopedist literally gave up on me. My knee was hard packed with scar tissue and fascia following allographic surgery. It was just not bending . I was told that my progress was ended and was literally bedbound because I couldn’t climb stairs, or do all the things that are the function of a healthy knee. Jack was the game changer. He worked skillfully and diligently to fully restore my ability to bend my knee as before the surgery, and I regained the ability to walk, run, and return to work. I literally got my life back! I have since returned to Jack for minor injuries, again with superior results. His office is comfortable, clean and his staff is totally friendly and accommodating. Based on my experience, I give Jack Sparacio & Associates 5 Stars for the skilled care and attention I was given and continue to receive whenever I return for care.

Jack Sparacio is truly a master physical therapist in my estimation, with an empathetic heart, an enlightened technique, and a great eye and touch.
