Spagnoli Physical Therapy PC

I am presently attending Spagnoli Physical Therapy PC for PT for my right knee which was recently totally replaced. My experience has been a very good one. All the people that I have interacted with have been both professional and caring. The facilities are both spacious and clean. I can honestly say there is no one I would rather be in pain with then Spagnoli PT!

I came to Spagnoli for siatica. Susan is very knowledgable in her field and is a pleasure to work with. She uses the right amount of pressure without hurting you. Love the videos for the exercise I need to do.

Spagnoli Physical Therapy – Centereach I’ve been dealing with lumbar spinal issues since 2012. MRI confirmed spinal stenosis, bulging disks, herniated disks, nerve impingement, etc. started to become intolerable about six months ago. Combination of lower back pain and pain in both legs extending down to my feet – worst pain on right side – making it difficult to walk. My doctor, a physiologist with Stony Brook Neurosurgery, prescribed physical therapy. I’ve been going to Spagnoli Physical Therapy – Centereach, for about four weeks. I’ve experienced a significant improvement of the right-side leg pain. I attribute this to the Physical therapists that have worked with me – Patrick Keller and Stephanie Roberts. Each physical therapy session has included manual manipulation of the muscles in my lower back and the piriformis muscle. The sciatic nerve runs under and through the piriformis muscle – the tightness of the muscles was constricting the sciatic nerve and causing the leg pain. Sessions also include targeted exercise designed to stretch the piriformis and hamstrings plus strengthen other muscles. While I’m not where I want to be yet, I’m confident that continued sessions at Spagnoli will continue to reduce my back and leg pain. I must also mention that Spagnoli PT is well run – I’ve never failed to get in on time for scheduled PT sessions.

I have had an excellent experience with Spagnoli Physical Therapy. I started seeing them in April due to a torn meniscus and Danielle and Tom are excellent, very knowledgeable Physical Therapist’s in addition to Scott and Chelsea guiding me through my exercises. My husband just had a recent back surgery and told him if he has to start PT, this is the place to go! Thank you for all your help! Vickie
