Sovereign Rehabilitation

Sovereign Rehab is an excellent place to get physical therapy. I've worked with Allyson and Stephen, who are both wonderful physical therapists who listen to your concerns and help you throughout your recovery. The level of patient care here is exceptional. All of the staff members are always polite and the scheduling process is easy. I definitely recommend Sovereign.

I chose Sovereign Rehab. because it was close to the YMCA that I had started exercising at. The reason for my visits was, I was having issues/pain with my right hip, which I had a total hip replacement in 7/2012. The first impression of the office was very professional. The receptionist was always friendly and helpful. Stephen was my Physical Therapist. He is very good. He pushes you to do better but not to the point of pain. I love the fact that they do pressure therapy (massage) on the affected area. That plus the PT exercises are a great combination to a successful ending in therapy. Both of the therapists and the receptionist make one successful Sovereign Rehab. office in Covington, GA.

As a patient who has experienced less than ideal physical therapy services at other practices, I can say without hesitation that Sovereign Rehabilitation is a top-notch physical therapy practice. I receive at every appointment one-on-one care from a licensed physical therapist (not from a pt assistant). The therapists make sure to attentively listen to any comments or concerns about your injury or problem, promptly explain what is causing your issue, and then address the issue during your appointment.They also make you feel completely comfortable by treating you like a friend or family member while you are there. In addition to the great care received, the office staff is stellar with the ease of scheduling appointments and competent billing practices. I highly recommend Sovereign Rehabilitation in Covington, Ga to anyone within an hour drive.

Sovereign Rehab is awesome. Physical therapist at Sovereign, Stephen, was recommended to me by both Athens Ortho and my sister-in-law after a really rough time with a different local physical therapy company. The other company managed to blow through most of my insurance-covered visits in no time, and I still couldn't walk without crutches or even straighten my leg. I was 7-8 weeks out from my ACL surgery, and not progressing at all according to my surgeon's timetable, and really ready to just throw in the towel with physical therapy altogether, when Sovereign was recommended. Sovereign rocks so much. Therapy was never painful, I never got stuck with an uninterested, uncaring tech or even pta like with the other company. I always saw a physical therapist at Sovereign. After only 5 visits with Sovereign, I'm now ahead of my surgeon's recovery and rehab timetable! It just doesn't get any better than that! Thank you so much, Sovereign!

Great place for rehab. They are very caring and start you off the right way by gently measuring your initial range of motion and explaining how and why they will be treating you. Measurements are taken regularly so you know how well you are progressing Not only are they experts at what they do but their personalities are the greatest! I know where I will go for rehab should I ever have to again.

Top notch service from reception to therapist. Stephen has helped me get my shoulder back in order. Pushed me to the edge but not over the cliff a great experience at Sovereign.

Stephen was great i would recommend them to anyone that needs to physical therapy. He helped get me back to where i could lift and do things i could not do after my accident. Great office environment and friendly associates.
