Very nice, clean facility, the staff are amazing! I spent several weeks dealing with rotator cuff surgery on 2 muscles torn. They were very accommodating in all my needs! Even when I had a set back they were very understanding and worked to get me back to where I needed to be! They work with you to make it convenient to your schedule as best as they can. Overall I had a wonderful experience!

The team at Southwind is nothing short of amazing!!! They are so great at explaining to you the treatment plan and why, as well as genuinely caring about their patients. Unfortunately for me I have had the privilege's of meeting a lot of different PT teams across the US and hands down this group is eh BEST!

I have had the pleasure of working with every staff member at Southwind and they are excellent! They are pleasant and kind as well as knowledgeable about their jobs! I’ve had to go in multiple times for different body parts (I’m a bit accident prone 😆) and each time they have done extremely well and I walk out feeling like a new person. I cannot say enough good things and recommend them for any and every PT issue you have! They’re the best!

I would give the Therapists 5 stars as they were professional and friendly. But the billing department gets 3 stars. Received the bill which did not look right. I worked with staff to see if the billed amount was correct. The billing activity showed a previous balance which included Medicare adjustments on three different dates. My Medicare statements arrived in the mail and showed therapy procedures on those dates. I was questioning why medicare was being billed for a previous balance. And the balance that was owed by me. So the billing department can do a better job at listing billing activities correctly.

Best place, hands down highly recommended! The staff treated me, not just my injury. I do not plan on having surgery again any time soon, but if and when I do, I'm going to here!

The staff is absolutely amazing. Everyone treats you like they've known you for years. Their professionalism is beyond extraordinary. I have been seen for 2 seperate events. Dave, Tish, Dalisa and the entire staff listen and work with you to ensure you get the best care. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

I would like to take a moment and make a comment about my experience with Southwind Physical Therapy, and two physical therapist that are employed there. I'm not sure if I'm allowed to use their name's, so I'll only use their initials. A.H. and H.S. thank you. I wasn't quite sure what to expect after my surgery. On my very first visit I knew I was in good hands, they both took the proper amount of time, and patience with me. They both did a fantastic job and are a outstanding credit to there professionalism. This place is amazing! I've been here multiple times due to sports related injuries, and they created sports related care plans for my recovery. ALL the therapists are so nice and are great to work with. I would recommend Southwind PT to anyone and everyone.
