This definitely is not how I wanted to end my 12 day New England trip... but everyone here is SO nice! Everyone is accommodating and approachable. There's people to help with every aspect of your visit. To getting out of the car to finding the correct area to getting back out again. Vermont definitely has great hospitals and staff. **permission granted to take photo of staff**

I would never go here they are so incompetent. Last said she'd call me back if surgeon was on vacation didn't call me back until a month later to say she didn't know he'd be on vacation and lied to me and now they just keep calling to reschedule the surgery like it a joke they have rescheduled it 3 times already because of people's vacations so unprofessional like they obviously chose to take these vacations after my surgery date was set I recommend never going here for surgery

Incompetent, arrogant, and dismissive. Two trips and I still have no diagnosis and/ or treatment plan. Emergency room is severally lacking and unorganized.. Also… 1/5 of the clinic is staffed without any type of knowledgable professionals with a common answer of “we do not do that here”. As an adult I am fully capable of advocating for myself and fear for those who are not. HIPPA is completely out of the sight of the average employee! If I looked around and saw one or two employees I could sympathize. However- the amount of people sitting around giving the appearance of a full staff is am embarrassing display.

the nurses in ob absolutely LOVE to argue with patients and seem to think of themselves as gods, they have terrible attitudes. I've had an insane amount of problems with the nurses here, they are such a joke and i'm so done with bennington ob. DO BETTER SVMC. unbelievable.

It depends on what department but Im specifically speaking about the ER. The ER treats everyone that walks through those ER doors is drug-seeking. If you are in any form of pain do not go to this hospital. They treat everyone like an addict seeking and its a sad thing to even think this, but its true. My fiance hurt his back and they did nothing for him, no MRI, no Cat scans nothing not even a tylenol and sent him on his way. A man i have never seen needed a wheelchair to walk. I was furious this hospital treated his like a dope fiene. This hospital is a joke DO NOT GO HERE>>>

The dream team 2nd floor East Wing. Was admitted to ER & transferred to 2nd floor East Wing. Nursing staff was extremely professional, courteous, excellent communicators, & continuously went above and beyond duty. Made my stay bearable, they even put up with my one million questions. Great team & leadership. V. E. Orlop President V. E. Orlop & Associates

I had a snowmobile accident and was driven to this hospital. I could not have asked for better care. I worked in a different hospital for ten years and I’m currently an EMT so I know what to expect for healthcare. The Emergency Room staff and the imaging staff are second to none. I would not hesitate to go there again or recommend it to anyone that needed emergency care.

Honestly one of the best ER experiences I’ve ever had. Compared to Long Island hospitals….Im happy to give this hospital 5 stars. I didn’t wait to be seen, every examination was thorough, each employee made sure I was comfortable, everyone was easy to talk to and I was diagnosed and discharged within a reasonable amount of time. I’m so happy this is the closest hospital to me.
