Southwest Seattle Physical Therapy & Sports Rehabilitation, LLC

I was referred here for physical therapy for my shoulder. I called and made an appointment last week for my initial consultation. When I arrived today the receptionist did not have me listed for having an appointment, but we proceeded with the intake anyway. The facility was dark and smelled of mildew. When I was taken into the back to meet with the physical therapist I noticed a cold and disconnected disposition. I did not feel comfortable or safe in his care and decided to leave in the middle of the intake.

Really appreciate the flexibility with scheduling. I have always been able to get in when I need an appointment. Friendly and supportive team. Thanks for helping me with my goals!
