Staff is extremely rude. I made an appointment (which they couldn't see me for 2.5 weeks) and when I called they said I would get paperwork in the mail never did get the paperwork. When I showed up for my appointment they didn't even have a file on me. The doctor himself was nice. He didn't show me my MRI just explained my options. At that time I chose to wait because I just signed up for P.T. I ended up in excruciating pain and went to the E.R. I tried to follow up with the doctor but no one would call me back. I had left two messages to try an set up the surgery never got a call back ( I called a 3rd time and told the receptionist no would return my call). Finally got to speak with someone and she said she would get an order from the doctor. In the mean time I called 3 times because I was in a lot of pain (i understand that pain medication prescriptions are different these days) no one would call me back. I finally got a call from the billing department (as I dont have insurance) they wanted $7000 up front. When I explained that I didn't have that kind of money and asked if I could set up a payment plan and was told no. I explained that I didn't know what to do and her exact words were " Well I don't know what to tell." I understand that a doctor deserves to get paid but you don't need to be rude. All in all I have left 6 messages and no ever called me back. I ended up going outside of Lee County to have my back surgery. From my experience I wouldn't recommend anyone to this office and I sure won't be returning here ever!

I have been a patient of this practice for over 10 years. I've had spinal surgery, have gone through their physical therapy, and now see Dr. Mehrberg for pain management. I never wait long when I have an appointment. All of the doctors and office staff are pleasant and never rush you. I couldn't be more pleased with the office in Cape Coral.

Bad Customer Service, this guys charge me for no show up at app, but always send you a remimder at your phone, You decide if cancel or confirm app, but this guys that app charger me never send me a reminder. BAD bad bad
