Southwest Family Urgent Care

Our family has been coming here for chiropractic care for years. Recently, my husband was having his sore neck adjusted by Dr. Taylor. The doctor was concerned about his overall health that day. After moving him into the Urgent Care section of the office they found him to have a deadly low blood pressure. Dr. Taylor had a nurse stay with him until I could come take him to the ER, but was prepared to call 911 if I didn't arrive quickly. Once we were at the hospital, the diagnosis was severe sepsis. The hospital physicians were not very promising that he'd even live. I can't thank the staff here enough for their attention to observation and quick action. Love this place and all the many clinicians.

If I could give 10 stars I would! I recently visited SouthWest Urgent Care and had the best experience ever! Dr. Brian Allen was incredibly professional, attentive, and thorough. He took the time to listen to my concerns and explained everything in a clear and compassionate manner. Additionally, Katie at the front desk was fantastic. She was welcoming, efficient, and made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. The entire staff made me feel comfortable and well-cared for. I highly recommend SouthWest Urgent Care for anyone in need of prompt and exceptional medical care! Thank you!! 🙏🏼

I'm posting this review because some crazy lady posted a 1 star review. I was sitting in the lobby filling out my paperwork when she came with her husband and baby. The receptionist was calm and pleasant to her but had to explain that her free state insurance wasn't accepted. She did the most ghetto stereotypical thing she could and accused the receptionist of being rude. At no time was she anything other than calm, and pleasant towards her. I admire how well she handled the vile verbal attack. The young lady should be ashamed of behaving like that with her child present.

Went here and got prescribed a medication, I called in to get it refilled and they asked me to go to my PCP when they are the ones that prescribed me the medicine. I asked to speak to Dr. on call “Allen” (in which I believe was the one who treated me) he declined to talk to one of his patients and requested I come in and pay an additional co-pay. The hard part is, I know for a fact he had the time to speak to me as that location doesn’t have high traffic as it is and the receptionist seemed to be able to speak to him without interruption. This is unfortunate because I really liked this place but when you decline to speak to a patient that has visited you multiple times it truly just seems like you don’t care about them. Bad business and I’ll be sure to go to my “PCP” that you recommended me to go to.

Visited this morning as a walk-in after trying to deal with this sickness for 2 weeks. They were so friendly and welcoming. They didn't make any of it feel rushed, which these days I feel like urgent care always does. I will definitely be using this clinic anytime for myself and my family. Definitely recommend to anyone in need of urgent care.

I’m very disappointed about my visit to this urgent care. I requested I should get an X-ray done on my chest for the pain I was feeling, and was denied. Dr stated that he wouldn’t see anything on there. He diagnosed me with heartburn and I had told him several times it doesn’t feel like heartburn. Long story short I had to go to the ER and was diagnosed with pneumonia, which was visible through an X-ray. This was a waste of my time.

This is the best urgent care I have ever experienced. Walked in, no appointment. Felt terribly sick, and left with an answer, rx, and understood my diagnosis. Katie was wonderful at the front desk, and Mr Brian, PA was the same. Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, productive, and understanding. Office didn't appear busy during my visit, and I didn't feel rushed or pushed out the door, this was my first ever time here. Subsequently, I am bringing my teenagers here for their own urgent care. Highly recommended and so, so glad I randomly chose this office as it's was a second choice to the other company I normally go to.

Best Urgent Care experience I've had, and I've had a lot of them. Got me in the same day, showed up early and was taken right back. The PA was so pleasant and kind. He listened as well as he explained. I will make this my Go To Urgent Care for good. Thumbs up to entire staff!
