Southport Center For Nursing & Rehabilitation

No words can describe the awesome care my dad receives at Southport Center. (I had a aunt there as well). The facility is exceptional on all ends. Outstanding nursing care, the staff is compassionate and caring. Rehab is amazing, they work wonders. Food is delicious, Dad never lets me bring outside food, he loves the food. Recreation does a great job, always something fun happening, just positive vides throughout the facility at all times. The facility is in great condition, very well kept and always shining. Would definitely recommend!!!

I have been in touch with the new owner Michael and he he working with his teams at Southport Center to make sure my girlfriend is taken care of for the next 6 months there at Southport Center. So I am doing a happy dance now just like snoopy does when he is happy!!!!!

Worse place ever! They tried to kill my mother and left her there after a fall to die. Nobody was informed of the fall until i got up there and demanded they call 911 cause mom wasn't conscious. She was then diagnosed with covid and pneumonia and i asked when they last checked her for it in there and they said they couldnt tell me because they didnt have the ok from her, keep in mind mom was on her death bed at the time because st vs said she wouldnt make it. Thankfully she did, but that place is garbage. They dont change sheets when new people come in or give showers! Its deserves 0 stars but cant post unless give 1.

Today I'm discharging! I'm so excited. I am so thankful for the wonderful staff and rehab for getting me to this point!!!!

We were very pleased with the caregiving here and the wonderful staff helping our loved one,It is conveniently located in a very beautiful area of Southport and I was very pleased with the therapy here as well

Facility is under new ownership. Resident and staff are very nice and the rehabilitation and care is amazing. Thank you !
