Couldn't be happier. The whole staff is kind to not only my parents but our whole family. Mom and Dad are treated with respect but yet personally. The aids laugh and joke with them. The nurses and practitioner call me with ANY problem, keep me informed and are proactive in addressing and problem. Admission staff made the hardest thing I've ever done, go smooth and pleasant. During Covid, they have been swamped yet they are striving to give great care. The activity director does an outstanding job as well. They all truly seem to care.

Testimonial: “My mom, was admitted to Southfork yesterday, I think the first day was harder on me than my mom. The staff have been wonderful! Leslie and Deb in the office were incredible! Everyone that we have met and helped mom are great! Rooms are very clean. Food has been yummy! This has been a very hard thing to do but Southfork has made it comforting to say the least.” -Pat Swanson

I have worked for Southfork River Therapy & Living for almost 4 years. I have to say we have the best team and care deeply about our patients. Patients needs will always come first and if there is something that we can not help them with, we will find a specialist that can! Our main goal is to make sure that our residents are loved, cared for, and most importantly happy! I am very appreciative to be a part of a great team!

I have worked there for the last 4 years. I am the Social Services Director/LPN I love my residents and the staff do a great job. As anywhere some days are not the best but we work together to make sure the residents are cared for and to me they have become my family. I can honestly say I enjoy my job and am blessed.

the place in a whole isn’t a bad nursing home, as you can tell from the comments! but they do have a teacher doing CNA classes, who is hitting people, and yelling at people, and talking about people who she had gotten fired in that class, this is a current on going issue, as well as threatening to take peoples licenses in other areas of healthcare if she doesn’t like them.

So far my aunt is being cared for quite well. I had issues with her room and they took care of it very quickly. I find the staff friendly and outgoing. My aunt seems to be adjusting to her new home and liking the people. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

The rehab has done a great job my mom is getting stronger everyday! She is adjusting very well to the nursing staff. They know how to deal with her dementia, they are very dedicated to each patients needs.
