Southern Tier Physical Therapy

I just spent 12 weeks in PT working with Joe. I have the upmost respect for him. He listened to me, pushed me when I had to be pushed and very very professional. He is a true asset to your PT team. I will miss our weekly PT sessions but like I told him, I will be back in a few months after having my other knee replacement. Keep up the good work Joe; you are a nice young man and will go far in this profession. You are a compassionate person and care about your patients. Thanks again for your help and understanding.

*from 1 star to 4 stars after they gave me back the money they doubled charges. It pains me to say this because the therapists there helped me immensely. But, please check if you've been charged twice!!! When we went through our medical bills, we found that after our insurance company paid for all the sessions, STPT still sent us the bill and made us pay again. After we reminded STPT that our insurance company already paid with "health fund", they immediately told us that their system wouldn't automatically link that kind of payment to the patient and there seemed to be nothing they could do to prevent this from happening again. Because of the immediate response, we knew that this "system flaw" must have been there for quite a while. Since their system doesn't make an effort linking the insurance payment to the patient, we suggest all patients who have insurance coverage to double check your billing records to see if you've been double charged as well. BTW, the reason that I decided to make a public post is because after STPT agreed to refund us at the beginning of Aug, a month later, we still haven't received the refund.

There's an older lady that goes there that walks severely hunched over. I witnessed the lady at the front desk mock her by walking hunched over in front of the lady at the back desk. Absolutely appalling behavior!

I believe the work Autumn is doing on my knee is making it better. She is very good at PT.

Pat and her staff are great. Very patient, understanding, knowledgeable and helpful. The area is always clean.
