Southern Rehab - Physical Therapy & Aquatics

I started hitting the gym hard earlier this year and forgot I'm closer to 40 than 30. I'm so thankful for Southern Rehab. I went from extreme hip pain that felt like it would never go away to having more flexibility and feeling stronger than ever. Every person here greets you with the warmest and friendliest smile! And they do so while also knowing their stuff and getting you back to feeling like your best self. Thank you, Southern Rehab!

Awesome group of people. I was in therapy for four months and went from not being able to straighten my leg on day one to a full recovery. Very professional. If I could give them six stars I would. Keep up the good work.

I’ve been working hard here since January improving my core muscles, posture, and walking in my braces. The atmosphere is so wonderful and uplifting. You will work hard you may hurt but you will definitely leave better than when you arrive. If you are XO needing physical therapy in Texarkana this is the place to go. They adapt to all needs I’m in a wheelchair with spinal cord injury.
