Family member was referred to this doctor by primary doc, but unable to reach anyone by phone, having called multiple times a day, days in a row and finally leaving a message; a call that has not been returned in two days. The "greeting" on the "answering machine" confirms they're accepting new patients, and contains language indicating you would only reach their voicemail if it is outside normal business hours or lunch, which is not the case--have tried to reach them during their hours of operation. Also, what is up with their requirement that the first visit be in Daphne? No explanation is given, and should be for those who prefer the Bay Minette location. Their website contains old information, from 2014, as if it is relevant, but is confusing. So far, the business is unfriendly, unprofessional, and offputting.
