First of all I'd like to say that everyone working there was very professional and polite. I was treated by Dr Worley. After he looked at the x-rays he explained what was wrong with my knee. He explained my options. I decided on the shot and anti inflammatory medications. The shot was absolutely painless. I'm hoping to put off surgery as long as possible. I would highly recommend Dr Worley and Southern Orthopedic clinic for your needs.

After years of hanging Sheetrock my rotor cuff was in bad shape. Now I’ve had my surgery- nerve blocker lasted about 3 days and when it ended the pain was minimal. I now have a good shoulder and no more pain. Thank you SOS !

Office staff is not organized. They lied about appointment time and told me to drive to the ortho walk in clinic in Montgomery. We weren’t seen at the ortho walk in clinic because our referral was not for the walk in clinic. The staff their made a next day appointment at the main office in Montgomery. The office staff in Prattville needs to educate themselves on communicating and counseling patients on the correct procedures. Nothing changed with the doctors office they now only have a more beautiful office. Not worth the time or space.

Sent my fmla/scp form by email to staff as agreed the first of April 2023. Two+ weeks prior to surgery. Got denial of benefits notice from insurance because no paperwork rec'd from physicans staff. Okay now I go inperson on May 18th to inquire of/if form was sent in by fax. No I was told becaused I had to pay $35 to do this. I ask why I wasn't told. I paid the amount, now 6 business working days later...they say were waiting for another person to fill it out.Yes...I am upset...no pay from my short tem insurance. No money coming in all because tnot their family issue.

Dr. Hester, He's so prompt, patient and kind anytime I see him. Best bedside manners ever. Very knowledgeable! Love love love Dr Hester....and FYI he the best injector if you're getting a shot 😁

I’ve had 4 or 5 surgeries with dr Curtis over the last 4 years I’m so happy with SOS dr Curtis and Jordan too They have been so great and all my surgeries have been successful Thank you all so much!

My experience with SOS and the staff was the best! When I called for an appointment, Crystal helped me get one quickly and she was a delight! On my visit, the office staff was friendly and helpful and my wait was not long at all. Dr. Hester is just the best - friendly and professional and best of all... he listens to you! Thanks for everything!

To be fair, Dr. Hooper was professional and knowledgeable, he diagnosed me quickly and it was the right diagnosis. The issue I had, besides the 2 hrs I spent in the waiting room, was he ordered me a cortisone shot and left the room, a nurse came in 10 min later with said shot but I had a few questions about It for the Dr. She said she would get him and walked out of the room. 45 min went by - no Dr. Returned 🤷🏻‍♂️ I had been there for 3 hrs at that time and had to pick up my daughter so I had to leave, without the shot or having any of my questions answered. So I paid a $50 copay for essentially.... nothing
