On a road trip to Tahoe my father scared the absolute hell out of me with a breathing problem. This was the only hospital in a 100 mile radius and because of the small size I was concerned about possible quality of care. I was completely wrong: the staff was excellent, the service and patient care was outstanding. I was blown away by how attentive and efficient the ER was with my dad. Could not be more satisfied. I’m used to large big city hospitals and the service here beat all of them. Great work.

Such a very nice and competent ER staff. Yes, it's a small hospital, but they know where the resources are and they're transporting me to Bakersfield. Very appreciative.

Besides treating patients like everyone is a junky, they misdiagnosis. How a hospital doesn't know what necrotic tissue looks like is mind blowing. Top it off you hear nurses all talking very poorly about their patients very loudly... worst hospital ever.. SMH.

Best patient care I've ever received in my life. I went in delirious with an intense migraine and my symptoms were treated promptly, they took extra measures to rule out anything serious and made sure I was comfortable the entire time.

Friendly, attentive and caring staff. My cousin got a good sized splinter in her arm that I was unable to pull out with tweezers. They helped make sure she didn’t feel a thing as they pulled it out and got one stitch to seal it.

I am so impressed how great this hospital is! I was having shortness of breath and other altitude sickness symptoms and they immediately brought me in, COVID tested me, and got me a room. I was quickly treated and diagnosed with HAPE. The nurses and staff checked on me very often and the doctor I saw was so nice, well-mannered, and caring. I am grateful for this hospital! They saved me!

I had what I thought was a start of a heart attack when I checked myself in the ER on Feb. 26 at about 9:30pm. I was greeted by Naomi (staff) and immediately seen by Ron Daywalt (nurse); both of whom were extremely polite, efficient and attentive. They immediately provided the care that I needed to determine the cause of my chest pain. Dr. Smith was equally attentive, personal, caring and I couldn't me more happy with his comprehensive exam to ensure that my heart was not the problem that night. Overall, I would give this hospital and the treatment I received more than 5 stars. They were absolutely great and an excellent representative of what an ER should be anywhere! Great care!

Great little emergency. I was in assessed, diagnosed and treated within a few hours! Staff is very friendly. I received thorough and compassionate care. If you have the misfortune of needing to visit a hospital, I’d recommend this one.
