I took my elderly mother in, Getting her established with her move here closer to me so I can take care of her. She has every right and medical history to be going for pain management. Yet we were both made to feel very uncomfortable. I do not expect a clinic to feel cozy and friendly, but I do expect a little more respect or even a little more of a decent consult with the actual doctor.

I highly recommend this doctor, nurse practitioner and staff! Each of them, from Alana at the front to Marvelin and best of all Dominique, the Nurse Practitioner are so very polite, professional, caring and knowledgeable. Each one of them are very caring, highly efficient and goes above and beyond to help you. The office is clean and comfortable. They listen and follow through with every detail. I wish all of my doctors offices in Lake City were this good!

Everyone in the office is amazing! From the front desk to the back. Thank you all for your kindness and care. They honestly care about each patient as a person and have always treated me with dignity and respect. First time I have had a physician and NP to help me.

The staff is AWESOME. I have never had a bad visit. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the staff. They are kind and caring. They have a very busy practice and I know it can be tough on them but you never see it in the way they treat you. Dominique Greene is very attentive to your needs and listens to what you have to say. Dr. Shokat is very thorough. The nursing staff they are the best.. You feel at ease from the moment you walk in.

She is attentive, and offers care with understanding and suggestions for my needs. The office staff is also amazing. They are friendly, knowledgeable and add to the warm atmosphere in the office. The experience from beginning to end of every visit is enjoyable. The staff are friendly and make me feel at ease. I've had mulitple procedures with Dr Shokat and the team which have been successful and given me relief. They have multiple options for communication including email, phone, and text and are always quick to provide responses. Dominique ARNP and the team always listen to my concerns and work to alleviate my symptoms to the best of their ability. I am very satisfied with this office and highly recommend them for your care needs.

I have had back and knee issues for years. The past Dr I was seeing only wanted to keep handing me pills and said there is nothing that can be done. I found Dr Shokat and the very first day he helped me and has been doing back treatments. The whole office staff treats you like you are family. I have never been treated as family until now. I absolutely love this place.
