This company is a joke! They are monopolizing our region and not caring for people. I just spent 30 minutes on hold after being told I had a zero minute wait, to talk to someone about a bill that I've been making payments on that they are now threatening to send me to collections. Even though I've been making a payment every month! Now they've tacked on a new payment for a date that I was never at the doctor. Last time I went to the ER I was never seen, waited in the waiting room for an hour before I decided I could be more comfortable in pain at home and see my doctor the next day and I got a bill! Never seen never touched. I contacted them to let them know and she said they would take care of it. However, they kept sending me the bill until, like this one, there was a final notice saying that they would send me to collections so I paid it! They are thieves and robbers! I hope that some company that cares about taking care of people comes to this region and helps us. If I could give them negative Stars I would. I've never had a good experience with them. They even cared for my grandma who had never been sick her whole life and she got sepsis in their care and did not tell us and sent her home with us and she passed away within 3 months of them "caring" for her!!!!
