I ASKED DAY ONE IF I WAS GONNA GET CHARGED ANYTHING AND THEY SAID THEY WILL CONTACT KAISER AND FIND OUT...I ASKED AT EACH VISIT WITH SAME ANSWER THEY ARE WAITING ON A RESPONSE.. . AFTER 5 VISITS THEY "NEVER GOT A RESPONSE"... KAISER SAID THERES NO NOTES ON RECORD ABOUT THEM CONTACTING KAISER... 1.5 MONTHS LATER I GET A BILL FOR $250 DUE TO THEM IN 4 DAYS...

David Ham was the worst PT I’ve ever use for a long period. He was my therapist for 3.5 months. I was recovering from a ACL knee surgery. Since am very active and a hard construction laborer. I only hoped my therapist was going to get me back to work and play. The entire duration David only gave me a 10 minute massage and asked questions about my personal life. My doctor and I both asked him for a new plan and to step it up. David Ham had no plan and am sorry I put my trust in this therapist. I left for treatment elsewhere and he showed me a nasty attitude because I left. My conditioning hasn’t improved and am still not working or playing. My gifts to David of cannibus cookies and organic muffins were my way of being nice, but he failed me. Seek treatment elsewhere and this place has no patient care coordinater to voice your complaints or comments. David Ham only massaging my knee for 3 months with no exercises in office therapy was a waste of time and money.
