I found it to be a very busy orthopedic practice but very efficiently run with very capable staff. The wait was not overly long abd a high degree of competent professionals. I felt very confident in the care of Dr. Molnar and his assessment of my orthopedic spine. I would definitely co spider staying in them care of Dr. Molnar. He also has an great staff

Dr. Auerbach at Southern California Orthopedic Institute is an amazing doctor. He is excellent in his field. Kind and listens to you and explains everything well. Appreciate him.

The staff is friendly and professional, however each physical therapist sees 2-3 patients per time slot so each visit lacks personal attention. They charged my insurance $700-900 per visit, even when I am doing the stretches on my own without supervision. One example is they charged my insurance $75 ($300 per hr) for 15 mins on a traction machine that does not work. Often it is 30-40 mins before I am seen by a primary therapist. Often I am asked to do stretches on my own for 20-30 mins unsupervised. The traction equipment is out of date and often not functioning. Scheduled appts get canceled or rescheduled with little or same day notice. Again, while the staff is friendly and professional, this facility suffers from over scheduling patients, over crowding and too many patients per time slot. I canceled all future appts and I am going to a different PT center that provides a more personalized service. Btw, the cookie cutter “cut and paste” response you replied with is just an attempt at showing you replied. It is typical of the lack of personalized service you provide and the lack of true caring. The Rehab staff was the best! Jessica L. and Michael resolved my “frozen shoulder” diagnosed by Dr. Molnar In just a few painful months. Their care was to the point and yet with a touch of humor and care. Definitely recommend to ask for them.

Dr. Molnar is my "go to" for any initial orthopedic consultation or referral to a specialist when needed. His care has enhanced my quality of life without surgery providing treatment and/or referring me to specialists as appropriate. His office staff is superb in their care and concern for my welfare. I have referred others to him who have been equally impressed with his knowledge and veracity. By reading my emails and responding quickly he figured out that I might have a DVT and while i was on vacation in Hawaii, sent me to an ER where it was diagnosed, avoiding a potential crises on my overseas flight back home where if the clot had traveled it could have caused a potentially terminal heart attack or stroke over the ocean.

it was a super long journey for me, I experienced the worse ankle break, The first moment I met Dr Castaneda she insured me right away that she will take care of me, she booked my surgery the very next week, she did an amazing surgery and has the best bedside manner, I definitely recommend.

Doctor Castaneda is very skillful and the surgery went well! Dr Garg (anesthesiologist) was also excellent. The entire SCOI staff was excellent also and provided great care and attention to detail.
