Dr. Hamilton & team are professional, compassionate & friendly. From the first consultation to follow appointments after surgery, the office was very efficient. I had shoulder surgery back in 2022 & I can't say enough good things about Dr. Todd Shapiro, Carrie Alejandro & the entire SCOI staff!!! They are always polite, friendly & caring! Everytime I have been in SCOI, Dr. Shapiro or his PA Carrie Alejandro explain everything in detail. They answered all the questions my wife & I had. Every employee we've ever dealt with is always polite, friendly & they make you feel welcome. I highly recommend SCOI to anyone I talk to!! If you’re too young to have something but most definitely have it don’t expect to get actual treatment here. I have carpal tunnel and the EMG showed that I do but they won’t do surgery and I had to fight to even get the steroid shot because my hand goes numb at work and at night it’s numb even though I wear a brace. Also can’t feel when something is hot so that’s dangerous. Lacey the PA lied on my first visit summary. The doctor who did my EMG didn’t clean my arm when he put the little needles in. The hand doctor was so behind he wouldn’t even answer my questions.

Dr Shapiro and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and professional. They are able to answer your questions clearly and concisely. The staff also follows up after surgery to ensure all is well, which shows they truly care for their patients well being. It is easy to be able to get answers to your questions from a staff member.

The office staff are courteous. The wait times are minimal. The doctors are knowledgeable and offer options for treatment. Great experiences every visit.
