Dr Record is friendly but the waiting room situation is out of control. They seem to stack way too many appointments in for their staff and rooms. Twice now I've waited over 2hrs in pain just for a room only to wait another hour or so. Arrived today and the lobby was so packed I couldn't even sit anywhere but the stairs at the front door. Been hearing of people ask constantly about 9am appointments when I got here at 10:30. It's Noon and I'm still waiting. It's a bit disappointing and it certainly just makes you feel like a number to anyone but the drs. 1pm has rolled around and I'm still in the waiting room. This is unacceptable for patients with chronic pain. Reception has clubbed the schedule from what I heard and yet no one wants to tell the clients. I'm in tears and ignored

I was a workers comp referral and I was always warmly received and quickly seen. Everyone in the PT office knew my name after the first visit and made me feel welcome and secure in every session. I found everyone to be professional and knowledgeable. I’ve been coming here for four weeks twice a week, I feel lucky to have chosen this center to receive my therapy.

The PT team at So Cal Med group is very professional, courteous, and extremely welcoming! From day one this team has been and maintained a wholesome vibe, I love coming here. They went the extra mile to tend to my injury and help me get back on my feet. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone. 🫡👍🏽

They are very nice and helpful people. Another thing I like about them is that they are very professional and have a lot of equipment very conducive for therapy. I highly recommend them.

I come to this location at least twice a week for physical therapy, the staff and Doctor are very patient and caring, Keep up the outstanding work.

The customer service here is horrendous. The physical therapist there is rude lady, I think she is the manager. This place should be closed down . Therapy should be relaxing not stressful, they are so disorganized. They give you an appointment and then change it on you with no notice. Worst place ever!!!
