This place is a Joke. Dr Maddox is a joke. 4 bulging disc on top of 9 fused vertebrae. I see this person. Comes in in street clothes. No scrubs. Nothing. Get called in a med that they didn't even bother to tell me was called in till 3 days later when my pharmacy called me. Them I get scheduled a spine injections. . I sit here 2 hours with nothing. After I ask what's going on I'm told he's in surgery and on top of that I have to wait longer because my medical won't pay for sedation. All the sedation gets to go first. Let me there to sit with zero info. I'm glad my spine problems are so low on the list. Just another dr who wants to charge my medical and do literally Nothing to help. Never ever go here.

Dr. Farris performed my torn meniscus surgery 2 weeks ago. It was outpatient in Enterprise. Everything has healed nicely and am about to start physical therapy. I just want to say that Dr. Farris is great! He was very thorough at my office visits about the procedure. After my surgery a nurse called and checked on me.. All of his nursing staff including the ladies in the front office were awesome. They were so sweet and helpful. I really mean it when I say that Dr. Farris and his staff have been the best out of every doctor I have ever been to!!!

I visited Dr. Farris at SBJ twice this year, first a break of the wrist with surgery, now rotator cuff surgery. Both times the receptionists, nurses, and Dr. Farris were nice, helpful, and the waiting times were decent, even when I dropped in without an appointment. Dr. Farris was obviously very busy, but still took the time to answer all of my questions before and after surgery. Time will tell, but for now it looks like surgery was a success, minimal cuts and less pain than before. Highly recommend!

We have had a few appointments and a procedure done with Dr. Brooks, and he has been amazing every time. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and their issues/concerns.

I am so thankful for the staff here! They are all so very kind and helpful. Dr. Farris repaired my torn shoulder labrum and bicep tendon earlier this year. I then went through therapy, but continued to have pain and discomfort, and eventually found out I had torn the tendon again. He helped me through different issues, and several months later, performed surgery to repair the tendon again. I feel so much better and am so thankful for the treatment and care I have received! Highly recommend!!

Dr. Brooks, Dr. Lett and Dr. Farris are the best. Their practice has amazing people who strive to care for everyone to the fullest. They truly care about their patients. We saw Dr. Brooks yesterday for my daughter having a fracture and he was patient, thorough and kind. Dr. Lett cared for my husband in the past and we had the same experience. Thank you for all that you do for the people of our community!

Dr. Farris is amazing! Very professional and very kind. He is very easy to talk to and he informs you on the phone choices you have. I would recommend him to anyone!

Dr Farris performed surgery on my knee earlier this month and did a great job. Everyone at SBJ have been so nice and helpful. Kate has been especially nice and helpful with FMLA paperwork. And Connie at the Dothan office was super nice and so helpful with my insurance and billing questions. Thank you to everyone.
