I feel like my after knee replacement pain is not being taken seriously. I just want to be out of excruciating pain and I don’t feel it’s being taken seriously! I can’t sleep more than 3 hours a night if I’m lucky , I cry nonstop but I feel they think I just want medicine, I just want my life back but no I’m not going to live each day in pain so bad I don’t even wanna be alive

I wondered why I could hear every other patients personal business all around my room then Dr. Alford came in my room and then I realized he leaves the door open. Was told I had arthritis in my foot and told what kind of shoe I need and to go to "Love to Run" store for them. After a rushed visit I ended by repeating the type of shoe I needed to verify and the doctor said "hold on a moment." I heard him in the hallway telling a nurse, I'm guessing, all of my business. Then he proceeded to leave me in the room!!! A nurse came about 10 minutes later and asked if I was waiting on anything. All I could do was laugh. It really was a joke. Don't recommend at all.

I shouldn't feel like an incovience when i have go to the doctor. These people are rude, unprofessional, and talk to you like your stupid & an inconvenience to them! I will not be going back!!! Never even seen a doctor. Only a PA,who done absolutely nothing for me!

I’m not the one to post negative reviews about a place of business where people go to get help from doctors. But I am posting this regarding a office visit I had on the 11th. I went to see nurse practitioner McKenzie due to me having severe pain with my neck and arms. I have disc problems nerve damage and much more. So I am in a lot of pain all day everyday. So I am currently still out of work have been for three months now. She put in office notes that I was given a physical exam that I have full range of motion with my neck and arms with no pain and I have all my strength in my hands, again which I do not. I am currently going to physical therapy twice a week due to doctors orders to help with all this and it’s hasn’t, but I am still going to hopefully get some relief. I will be taking my business else where because I do not appreciate false information regarding my medical issues. I had to be put on short term disability because of my medical problems and now they have denied me due to her office notes. I am not happy about this I have kids and bills, and I still can not go to work due to being restricted from my job. When I patient is tell you what that are experiencing with their pain, they should not put in report that the patient is fine and has the ability of all range of motion. I do not recommend using this facility now I know why it has a 3.3 review

My husband had a knee scope done there and everyone has been very nice and professional however when you really need to talk to someone you are on hold for a long while then sent to voicemail. My husband has been in extreme pain and when we call the women on the phone don't want to hear anything and send you to voicemail. The voicemail says it'll take 24 hours for a call back. I understand a busy clinic but to leave a patient without is not professional at all.

My wife and I have used them for a variety of muscular skeletal problems and injuries over the last 20 years, six of the Physicians, we have never been disappointed by them!!

Bravo SBJ! The online check-in process is awesome. Everyone was professional and courteous throughout my visits over the last couple of months. Dr. Werner and Dr. Chitwood were exceptional. They were not only approachable, but extremely knowledgeable as well. Each took their time during my visits to explain the cause and symptoms of conditions, proposed course of treatment, as well as asked if I had any questions. It is not easy to impress me, but I must say that I was thoroughly impressed and satisfied with my experience with Southern Bone and Joint.

Don't like that you have to go thru a third party to get your records. Should be able to go into office and get them.
