Pretty terrible, not going to lie. I only went to two or three meetings with Cynthia Slaughter. This is my first time actually reaching out to get professional help after a lifetime of trauma. Can anyone tell me if it’s normal to be constantly asked if I’m taking my medicine? Is it appropriate to have someone tell you, ‘it sounds like a lot of your problems would be solved if you managed to find a job’. I had to recite all of my problems to her over and over again and I’m guessing she didn’t refer to her notes before any follow-up appointments. Was a real hassle to get away from her too, like I needed her permission to change therapists? Especially after I moved to PB, which I told her about but she didn’t remember that either and no one marked it down the three times I called about having been moved. Not going to use SEA Behavioral anymore. You’re better off driving to Monticello or all the way up to Little Rock, or maybe one of the alternatives in Pine Bluff.
