Not only has my pain improved with their care, but they are all so kind to me. I am a very anxious person and I find it hard to feel comfortable anywhere, especially in medical settings, but everyone from the doctors to the receptionists have always put in the extra effort to be kind, make sure I know they remember me and my preferences, talk to me about my life etc and it just means a lot. I deeply appreciate this place and the people that make it a comfortable place to heal. Thank you all

The review that Janet left is 100% correct and that was 6 years ago! It is still the exact same. They are horrible with answering the phone, appointments, and treatment. Some of the therapists were fine, but the overall care was poor.

I must admit I'm pretty disappointed with the care that I received and the lack of a call back when I left a message. I was sent by my doctor to see if physical therapy would help with the pain from my IT band. The PT was so rough with my leg that I have a large bruise on my thigh and it's very sore to the touch. I called today and was routed to the voicemail left a message for a return and wanted to cancel the rest of my appointments.....no call back nothing....I'm in more pain now than when I went in on Tuesday..NEVER AGAIN.....NEVER!!!!!!

Ruptured quad tendon surgery...... Friendly staff and great care! Under the treatment of Dr. Dee and his staff I am well on my way to a solid recovery.

On behalf of my girlfriend Robin the ankle surgery performed by Dr. Robbins was terribly performed and had to be removed after failure.
