South Valley Physical Therapy

Staff there is really good, and had good experience with the PTs. BUT!! the front desk is the WORST! I had the most ridiculous conversations with Esmeralda Navarro! She first told me that I cannot schedule more than 12 visits because other patients also need the opportunity to see PTs there. BUT hey I have my doctor's referral and I also need CARE! My doctor said i should see PT twice a week for three months! and today when I called to reschedule my appointments and she told me that she has no time to reschedule because she has a patient there. I mean, hello?? I'm also a patient!! and even you have other MORE important or EMERGENCY things there, you could at least ask me to HOLD!! She's just so hard to deal with and the most unprofessional front desk ever.

The place and people is totally amazing! They do such a great job with customers and insurance! I was absolutely brought back from my misery in just couple of months with Natalia's help. They have fantastic support staff who is always there for you to help with your routine, guidance and questions. I highly recommend this physical therapy.

I have been coming here since my surgery in October and have been treated very professionally by their staff, front desk and therapist. When I started everyone was very quiet and concerned since I was still on my crutches but made me feel welcomed. Now I am jogging and doing much better thanks to their help. I see two physical therapist two times a week Sandy and Vincent along with their assistant Darren and they have been pushing me to full recovery. They have been patient but at the same time help me accomplish my goals by pushing me to do my best. I will recommend them to my friends and family in the future. God willing no one will need to do the PT; but if they do I would definitely send them to see Sandy and Vincent. Thanks for your help!

Tom has been very caring and professional. He takes really good care of his clients while building personal connections. I highly recommend this PT center to anyone who is looking for a good PT.

The receptionist was very rude. She refused to schedule an appointment for mom once l mentioned she had Medicare. Too bad because they lost another patient.

What a wonderful staff they have on hand. I've been there for PT several times since moving to San Jose. Very knowledgeable and professional, Dr. Sawhill & staff work with you on individualized plan to recovery. Always leave feeling better.

The receptionist is extremely rude. I called to schedule an appointment and wanted to know if they accept insurance or what will be self pay. She denied answering the questions and was extremely rude.

This place deserves better and more reviews! All staff are very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They even provided a nicely made face mask for my husband and I to keep for our appointments. I’ve been coming here a few weeks and already have seen an improvement with my injury. I would recommend this place to friends and family.
