My husband started going to see the chiropractor in December. My husband did two 15 minute visits with one patch applied. Our insurance covered three free visits. However, the chiropractor asked us to pay for the visits just in case insurance doesn’t pay. We thought this was weird at the time but now I totally understand why they wanted to do that. The chiropractor never put in the request to our insurance and kept our money. We tried calling the chiropractor to either get the rest of our sessions and patches that we purchased or our money back, but they will not answer any calls from us. This guy is a fraud. Do not use him.

Brief back story - I injured my back many years ago and the pain flares up every once in a while. I'd tried massages and other chiropractic places and only experienced mild relief so I was mildly optimistic when I first walked in. After pretty much the first treatment, I couldn't believe how much better I felt. It was the first time since I injured myself that I didn't feel some level of pain. I had honestly forgotten what it was like to not live in semi-constant pain and I am so thankful that I found Dr. Monsour!

COVID-19 UPDATE: This establishment staff does not wear masks and does not enforce their patients to wear one either. When contacting the receptionist on 07/20 and asking why they aren’t wearing masks, she claimed they’re not required to. The receptionist was defensive and was argumentative. She stated wearing a mask is optional and not the law. This business should be closed. They are endangering their patients and everyone else they come in contact with.

He is one of the top chiropractors I have ever met and been to not only is he amazing with his techniques, pain management he is extremely knowledgeable in weight loss he helped me tremendously. With pain and weight loss. He has been truly a gift Thank you

I can’t believe people still going this place. As soon as start treatment, u will find out u threw money away. Price is not reasonable herr. Do not fall for that.
